Background

Over 15 years of experience in financial audit and transaction support and within Mazars in China. Xiaoyan has been leading the Transaction Services department in Beijing for 5 years.

Deep knowledge of Chinese and international standards and practices through her involvement in a great variety of M&A due diligences, GRIC and financial audit assignments, for MNCs as well as owner-managed businesses in China.

Excellent communication skills as well as a high level of proficiency in M&A related matters. Her clients include such reputable Chinese and foreign firms as Foxconn, UNDP, Thoughtworks, Schneider Electric, Air Liquide, Areva, Publicis, Eimskip, Gaz de France, Zehnder, Ipsen, Vallourec, Lakeland, Northstar, Arkema, Group Le Duff, Acteon, Rishabh, Chinese stated owned private equity fund – among others.
