Julie Laulusa, mainland China co-Managing Partner, leads the Shanghai Legal and Tax working group of the French Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, together with lawyer Anne Séverin from DS Avocats.

The next meeting of the working group, to be held on 16 July 2010 in the French Chamber’s Shanghai office, will present the new regulatory changes affecting the sale of equity shares in Chinese companies through a foreign holding. The rationale for using Hong Kong holding companies will be revisited.
