James Ye and Christopher Hock quoted in A+ magazine

In the era of “big data”, information security has become a big risk area for companies.

A+ magazine interviewed James Ye and Christopher Hock, IT audit manager at Mazars in Beijing, for its article "Big data, big issue".

On the subject of using technology to limit human error by limiting staff access to  the information they need, Christopher Hock says "A common issue is that employees corrupt data unintentionally but this can only happen if the system doesn't restrict them from doing so.”

When it comes to IT security, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. As James Ye says "Banks, insurance companies or stock brokers, for instance, have higher security requirements than small owner-managed businesses.”
