Thierry Labarre, Mainland China Managing Partner, coordinates the Mergers & Acquisitions working group of the French Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, together with Christine Lambert-Goué from Invest Securities.

The meeting of October 19th, which will be held at the French Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, will have two objectives. The first objective will be to present the working group’s program for the coming year. In the second part of this meeting, Brett Shadbolt from the Censere Group, a specialist valuation and advisory group, will give a presentation on Valuation of Intangibles in M&A operations in China and share his extensive knowledge and experience on this topic with other Chamber members.
