New appointments at Mazars in Shanghai

Victor Wei joined Mazars in 2007 and has over 10 years of experience, including several years spent with a “Big 4” audit firm, in audit, due diligence and agreed-upon procedures assignments for large international clients.  He specializes in Transaction services for international groups present in China such as Lafarge, Schneider China, Air Liquide, Imerys, Dr. Oetker, LCF Rothschild Group, CEL Partner and Cathy Capital I.  Victor holds Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Central University of Finance and Economics and is a member of Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CICPA).

Joe Xu joined Mazars in 2008 and has over 10 years’ experience, including several years spent with “Big 4” firm, in providing assurance and advisory services to international groups in Asia, and especially Greater China, such as Essilor Group, Sonepar, Etam China and Qualipac.  He holds a Bachelor Degree in International Finance from Chongqing University and is a member of Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CICPA).
