Shirley joined Mazars’ office in Shanghai in 2007 as an auditor and was promoted to partner in 2020.

With over 15 years professional experience in auditing, Shirley has sufficient knowledge in international and Chinese accounting standards, tax and business regulations as well as the practice of business operations. Shirley has assisted many international companies to set up their businesses in the PRC and provided ongoing advisory services to their business operations in the PRC, including audit assurance service, corporate merger and acquisition advisory service, internal control and corporate governance compliance advisory services.
