Mazars CPA Limited was invited by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEx”) to participate in the Listing in Hong Kong Conference held in Jinan, Shandong Province, on 20 January 2011.

James Ye, our director in charge of Business Risk Services, attended the conference and addressed in the panel discussion regarding internal control requirements for listing applicants in accordance with Practice Note 21 of the Exchange Listing Rules. Over 200 representatives from HKEx, Shandong Provincial Government Financial Services Office, professional firms, and companies attended the conference.
