For graduates, the recruitment process is as follows:
- Recruitment talks are usually carried out in major universities all over the academic year
- After studying your application, you will be contacted for campus interviews usually on group basis
- Depends on your performance in campus interview, you will be contacted for written test
- According to the results of written test, you will be contacted for a second interview
- Fresh graduates usually join us in Autumn each year
