- Overall responsibility for conduct of audit ensuring that professional standards are adhered to
- Review audit reports issued
- Supervise audit planning and strategy and review audit work paper files
- Responsible for practice development for audit clients in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai offices
- Conduct training on technical for audit staff on Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices
- Manage and coach audit staff in the audit department
- Review staff performance
Required skills:
Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:
- University graduates in finance, accounting and auditing
- Strong English language capabilities
- Strong management skills and soft skills
- Hard working, responsible and willing to learn
- Adaptable, flexible
- Mature attitude and highly committed
Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in audit
- This is a full-time permanent position.
- Salary and bonus are negotiable.
- Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai offices.
