International Dispute Resolution Survey 2012

The third and now global edition of our annual survey on litigation and arbitration trends.

This year we have expanded our survey internationally, in order to map both global and UK trends. We have identified senior litigation and arbitration lawyers based in the UK, mainland Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US to participate in our survey. This comprised lawyers from top law firms through to leading boutiques and niche firms.
