Muriel de Saint Sauveur, Group Diversity Director, has interviewed 100 women of economic, political and cultural prominence from 33 different countries and asks them what they would change about the world’s organisation if they had power.

Amongst them are the talented Chinese photographer and writer Xiao Hui Wang; Assana Sangaré-Ouattara, a deputy in the National Assembly of the Ivory Coast; the influential Egyptian businesswoman Loula Zaklama and also 15 French women including the Economist Sylvie Brunel, Clara Gaymard, CEO of General Electric France, Françoise Gri, CEO of Manpower France and Marie Jo Zimmermann, deputy for Moselle and President of the French National Assembly’s delegation on women’s rights and gender equality.

Comments have also been expressed by some representatives of Poland. Among them: professor Danuta Hübner -  chairwoman of the Committee on Regional Development of the European Parliament, Janina Ochojska - president of the Foundation Polish Humanitarian Action and Sylwia Chutnik - writer, Warsaw guide, social activist and president of MaMa Foundation.

More involved, more ambitious and less egocentric, their priorities are different to those of men. Economy and strategy are not at the top of their lists, instead they view education as an essential objective towards social emancipation and living together in harmony. Their optimistic perception of the world envisions an organisation different to that of our society today.
