Introduction to Chinese accounting and tax regulations: How to comply with reporting requirements?
This half-day training seminar led by Thomas Chen and Julien Lecuyer, two managers from Mazars in Shanghai, will introduce Chinese GAAPs and main differences with IFRS. Major issues frequently noted during the preparation of IFRS consolidation packages will also be discussed.
Thomas Chen, head of the Business Advisory service line in Mazars in Shanghai, and Julien Lecuyer, audit manager, will speak at a training seminar organissed by the French Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai on October 20, 2010.
The aim of the half-day seminar is to gain a good understanding of local Chinese rules:
- General presentation;
- Differences between Accounting and Tax rules;
- Foreign exchange control issues.
