Background

Bryan joined Mazars Shanghai in 2005. Bryan is currently a Transaction Service Partner, with eleven years experience with Mazars Shanghai and a “Big 4” audit firm.
Bryan has deep knowledge in international and Chinese accounting, tax and business regulations as well as the practice of business operations. Bryan has assisted a large number of international companies to set up their businesses in the PRC and provided ongoing advisory services to their business operations in the PRC, including audit assurance service, tax advisory service, internal control and coordination of the agreed upon procedures assignment.
The major clients Bryan has served include a number of sizable multinational corporations with investments and operations in China, such as Danone Biscuits China, Schneider China, Motorola China and Philips China.
