In 1979, he joined the Inchcape plc group in Hong Kong, a multi-national group involved in engineering, insurance, shipping, automotive agencies and a variety of trading activities. In 1983 he became finance director.

In mid-1985, Ken left to join an international accounting and business advisory firm as a partner, becoming managing partner of the Hong Kong office in August 1988. In 1989 the firm began representing Mazars exclusively in Hong Kong. In 2007, Mazars CPA Limited was formed and Ken is currently the Managing Director.

Ken has extensive experience in litigation support - working with lawyers on both civil and criminal cases; acting as expert witness in both the High Court and arbitrations on a variety of legal matters involving a wide range of financial and accounting issues; undertaking share valuations, company reconstructions, liquidations and receiverships.
